Birth Doula

-Prenatal Visits
This is a great time to get to know each other a little deeper. We can discuss your desires for birth and postpartum recovery.
(60 min each)
-Labor Support
I will be on-call 24/7 for the 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks post your expected due date. I'm here to help you and your partner work through the beautiful but exhausting experience of labor and birth.
-Postpartum Follow-up Visit
Here we can reflect on how your birth went, see if you have any questions or need help (even a nap). (60 min)
-Community Referrals & Professional Information
I can help refer you to various resources locally depending on your individual needs. As a trained labor assistant/doula, I can help answer any questions or lead you in the right resources. I have extensive training in birth comfort measures.
-Phone & Email Support
Once the agreement is signed and deposit paid, you have unlimited email support and phone support during regular business hours.
